Q, How can I best take photos of my pet?

A, Please see our section on photo tips for some practical help because the better the photograph the better the resultant artwork will be, i can only draw from the media you send me (great photos = great artwork).

Q, How long do the drawings take you to complete from order date?

A, Most average drawings of 1 subject usually take me around 30 to 40 hrs over a period of 2 or 3 weeks and you will normally receive your artwork within 3 weeks.

Q, What type of paper do you use for your artwork?

A, All commissions are drawn on acid free art paper. all prints are on acid free paper.

Q, Is the artwork mounted or framed?

A, All commissions and print are sold mounted with acid free mat boards. i tend not to frame the artwork as their are so many different colours and styles, i think that the frame is a personal choice.

Q, Do you post world wide?

A, Yes i use Std parcel Force delivery with basic insurance to cover the cost of the item being posted. Please contact us should you require a different service and for individual postage costs.

Q, Do you keep copies of client's drawings?

A, I usually keep 1 copy just for my portfolio and the original is for the client please see copyright information.

Q, Do i get my photographs and/or CD media back?

A, Yes all material used to draw the images are returned to you whether its prints or on cd media.

Q, I want a drawing for a surprise for my partner can you post out to an alternative address?

A, Yes not a problem with that as a lot of my commissions are for birthday and christmas presents.

Q,Do you have a money back guarantee?

A,Yes if you are not happy with the artwork I offer a full refund less postage cost on return of artwork in its original condition. in the case of a commission if you are not happy with the drawing I still offer a refund but I will use the drawing to sell copies to recuperate losses.
